Payment for Services

We want to work with you to make any services you receive affordable. Payment for services is expected at the time the service is provided and we will work with you to submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are continuously working to become a provider for insurance panels in the state of Kansas, so please contact us if you have questions about receiving services. We accept payment by cash, check, and all major credit cards. We will work with you to determine the most cost-effective way for you to receive services in a confidential manner. Information related to our participation on insurance panels will be updated here regularly. If you have health insurance through an insurance company that we are not currently a provider for, please let us know and we may be able to contract with them to offer you service. We currently accept the following plans:

In addition to working with several insurance companies, we also have one provider in our office that provides services at a discounted rate to children, adults, and families.  If you have trouble paying for services, we offer in-office payment plans to make receiving services convenient and affordable. We also offer a prompt-pay discount when fees are paid at the time of the appointment.  Please let us know if you would like information about our payment plans.
